Trauma Release Therapy®

TRT sessies worden geboekt in een traject van minimum 3 sessies.
Trauma en stress werken niet lineair, en herstel ook niet.

Meerdere sessies geven ruimte om je systeem te leren kennen, capaciteit op te bouwen, en stap voor stap te werken met wat zich aandient. Zo ontstaat er meer veiligheid, verbinding en verandering die blijft.

Traject 3 sessies TRT: €285

95 euro per sessie
De betalingen zijn flexibel. Je kan ervoor kiezen om jouw sessies in één betaling of in drie termijnen te betalen. Laat betalingen niet in de weg staan om een traject aan te gaan.

Voor jongeren van 12 tot 21 jaar: €75 per sessie

Online Coaching Zenuwstelsel Regulatie

Eerste Online sessie: €65 - 1u30min Vervolg sessies +- 1u

Online Breath & Bodywork Sessions

(Self-guided bodywork with live coaching and breath guidance)

All sessions are tailored to your pace and nervous system. Pricing reflects the depth, tools, and time required for each level of work.

• Level 1 – Regulation & Awareness
  60 min – €65
  A safe introduction to breath and bodywork, focused on self-regulation and increasing your body awareness.

• Level 2 – Activation & Exploration
  75 min – €80
  A deepening of body awareness and breathing techniques, with attention to subtle tensions and energetic shifts.

• Level 4 – Advanced Somatic Flow
  75–90 min – €95
  Creating a safe container for deep emotional and physical release, held by a nervous system that has built enough capacity and resilience.

Sliding Scale / Accessibility

I believe this work should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available each month for those in financial need—please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.

In-Person Breath & Bodywork Sessions

(Includes hands-on guidance, space holding, and optional connected breathwork + TRT)

  For returning clients or those with prior somatic experience. Deep, intuitive, and expansive work.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden:

Voor alle coaching sessies, zowel online als in-person, en de TRT geldt een annuleringsbeleid van minimaal 48 uur.

Online sessies worden bevestigd na ontvangst van de volledige betaling.

Binnen 48 uur geannuleerde online sessies worden niet terugbetaald, maar kunnen wel worden verplaatst naar een andere datum.

Cancellation Policy

For all coaching sessions, both online and in person, including TRT sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Online sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded, but the session can be rescheduled to a new date.
